Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformations for clients in the US. You will gather requirements, design architecture, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, mentor colleagues, and travel as needed to meet client needs. EY highlights growth, diverse teams, and a commitment to responsible AI in HRSD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or similar.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• At least one of: HRSD Certification – HR Service Delivery.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects end-to-end, including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor and supervise a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (onsite and offshore).
• Provide guidance on best practices for HRSD process implementations and transformation.
• Leverage Now Assist, EmployeeWorks and Employee Slate to improve employee self-service and HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance.
