Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead HRSD transformation initiatives across US offices. You will gather requirements, design system architecture, and deliver HRSD solutions while mentoring a diverse team, including offshore resources.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met, manage delivery across waterfall and agile models, and advise on responsible AI adoption in HRSD. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is required.
• Minimum of one HRSD certification: HR Service Delivery.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow HRSD project and solution delivery.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore members.
• Provide guidance for HRSD process implementations and transformation.
• Advise on AI-enabled HRSD adoption including governance and security.
• Lead requirements workshops with business process stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and deliverables.
