Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation projects, engaging with clients and guiding cross‑functional teams. You will gather requirements, shape architecture, and oversee design, configuration, testing and deployment while traveling to meet client needs.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and provide guidance on AI-enabled HRSD innovations, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IS Management, Engineering or similar).
• Typically 2–4 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one of the following certifications: HR Service Delivery Specialist.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery from design to deployment.
• Manage and mentor a 3–5 person team including offshore resources.
• Advise clients on AI-enabled HRSD adoption, governance and value measurement.
• Coordinate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and deliverables.
