Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams, bridge business needs and technical solutions, and build client relationships. You will guide ServiceNow ESM/GBS deployments and mentor a cross‑functional team as you drive strategic roadmaps while collaborating across business lines.

You will be pivotal in delivering high‑quality solutions, leveraging AI capabilities, and ensuring successful project outcomes in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; CSA or CAD certification preferred.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow project experience.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Driver's license and ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore staff.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ESM/GBS processes and transformation.
• Lead client conversations and workshops to align AI capabilities with business outcomes.
