Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to lead transformation projects in the US, starting from Chicago. You will interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment of HRSD solutions.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team and drive adoption of AI-enabled HRSD capabilities, including governance and value measurement, while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of EY's business.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for HRSD solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery with analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Travel to meet with clients as needed.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with business process area resources.
