Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead HRSD transformation programs across client engagements. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, gather requirements, and guide architecture and delivery with a focus on AI-enabled HRSD capabilities.

This role involves mentoring 3–5+ resources and occasional travel. The position requires a CS/IS/Engineering degree, ServiceNow certifications, and 3+ years of consulting experience within a Big 4 or equivalent environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• ServiceNow HRSD project experience (CSA/CAD preferred).
• Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience (3+ years).
• Strong communication, adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation teams and delivery.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Support design, configuration, testing and deployment phases.
