Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field and relevant ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification or equivalent required; HRSD certs preferred.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation teams with design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore personnel.
• Provide best-practice guidance for HRSD process implementations and technology transformation.
• Advise on AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance, data and security considerations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design system architecture.
• Lead workshops and sessions to drive requirements and deliverables; manage delivery milestones.
