Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior ServiceNow Engineer in the United States to lead development, configuration, and maintenance of customized ServiceNow solutions. You will support IT Asset Management (SAM/HAM), troubleshoot complex issues, and manage integrations with external systems.

The role requires leadership to mentor engineers, adherence to platform standards, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior‑level ServiceNow Engineer with platform development, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Hands‑on IT Asset Management experience, including SAM/HAM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, customization, configuration, workflows and integrations.
• Experience with ITSM and integrations; familiarity with CMDB, HRSD, SPM, IRM, SecOps and BCM is beneficial.
• Proven ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow development: design, develop, configure, and maintain customized ServiceNow solutions.
• Support IT Asset Management across SAM and HAM.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Maintain modules like ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, SPM, IRM, SecOps, BCM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and performance optimization.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
