Job summary

Northramp LLC is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will guide architecture, governance, and platform strategy across HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, and HRSD, while mentoring teams.

This role demands deep expertise in ServiceNow development and solution architecture, with a track record of delivering large-scale deployments and alignments to ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong expertise in HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap.
• Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Lead solution architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, configure, and support complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, workflows, business rules, and catalog items.
• Configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Employee Center, and Workspaces.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
• Implement HAM and SAM solutions.
• Design discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
• Support software optimization, vendor audits, and asset lifecycle management.
• Implement demand, project, portfolio, resource, agile, and financial management capabilities.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Architect Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog capabilities.
• Align solutions with ITIL best practices.
• Implement HR case management, employee lifecycle events, and self-service experiences.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements.
• Mentor developers and administrators.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.
