Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead the enterprise ServiceNow program. This remote role oversees a team of engineers, drives platform strategy, roadmap, and governance, and partners with business leaders to maximize value while maintaining security and reliability.

You will guide design, integrate, upgrade, and operations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related services, shaping AI capabilities and modernization efforts for scalable, compliant service

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing IT systems and large programs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business.
• 10+ years experience managing technology professionals.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers and governance.
• Partner with business leaders to align investments with objectives.
