Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead the enterprise ServiceNow program in a remote setting. You will guide strategic direction, governance, and delivery across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, and related workflows.

You will mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, drive platform modernization, and partner with business leaders to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value while maintaining security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for ServiceNow.
Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers for development, administration, integrations, automation, upgrades, and support.
Establish engineering standards, release management, and operational processes for reliability and scalability.
Drive adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities and monitor value realization.
Provide platform governance, demand management, and vendor engagement across the lifecycle.
Collaborate with business leaders to align platform investments with measurable outcomes.
