Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering for a remote role. You will guide platform strategy, governance, and engineering delivery for the enterprise ServiceNow environment, leading a team of engineers and technologists.

You will partner with executives and business leaders to align investments with business outcomes, ensure platform stability and security, and drive modernization across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and related workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
10+ years IT systems/projects management.
10+ years technology procurement management.
10+ years people leadership.
5+ years matrix management.
Strong executive communication.
Experience with large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

Define and implement multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization processes.
Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and expand platform value.
Establish engineering standards, release management, and operational processes.
Oversee upgrades, maintenance, testing, and production support.
Lead delivery of enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, and more.
Monitor adoption, performance, and value of ServiceNow AI capabilities.
Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing ServiceNow engineering team.
