Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience.
- ITIL knowledge.
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop projects/enhancements for ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow tickets; design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and client scripts.
- Work with APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC, REST and related integrations.
- Create/update sets to move customizations between instances.
- Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment.
- Review requirements to ensure details for accurate estimates.
