Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements and automation. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate processes into efficient solutions and work alongside a senior administrator on platform initiatives.

You will configure ITSM, build catalog items, and optimize Employee Center and Service Portal while coordinating testing, deployments, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, or platform support.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and core platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent or other AI-enabled self-service and automation capabilities.
• Practical experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Experience building and configuring Service Catalog items, service request workflows, forms, variables, approvals, and related fulfillment processes.
• Experience with Employee Center and Service Portal customization, including portal widgets and front-end technologies.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and coordinating UAT.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• General understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using Virtual Agent, AI Search, knowledge, automation, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive processes using Flow Designer, subflows, approvals, notifications, and IntegrationHub.
• Design, build, and enhance Service Catalog items and service request workflows including forms and approvals.
• Configure Employee Center and Service Portal with widget and UX improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Administer, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the ServiceNow platform and ITSM.
• Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with business teams.
• Support releases, upgrades, instance clones, and post-implementation validation.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Use data and feedback for continual improvement.
