Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting ServiceNow environments with hands‑on engineering or development work.
• Experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow applications and building integrations via APIs/web services.
• Experience planning upgrades and changes with change management and rollback planning.
• Current secret security clearance and ability to travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM and related modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations connecting ServiceNow with monitoring, identity, and business systems.
• Plan platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing and rollback planning.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models meeting governance and security requirements.
• Collaborate with security/compliance stakeholders to ensure policy adherence.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline administration and deployment tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Document solutions and procedures for knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
