The role involves designing complex workflows, building APIs integrations, and applying modern engineering practices such as automation and IaC to improve reliability and efficiency while ensuring compliance with organizational and federal standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
8+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow in large, multi-module environments.
Current secret security clearance.
Experience planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades with formal change-management processes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, SecOps and related apps.
Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
Plan platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing and rollback planning.
Configure and customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet federal requirements.
Apply scripting and automation to streamline administration, deployment and maintenance.
Troubleshoot platform issues across application, integration and infrastructure layers, with root cause analysis.
Document solutions and procedures for knowledge transfer and audits.
