Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow environments with multi-module instances.
• Experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow apps and building integrations via APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience planning/upgrading ServiceNow with change-management processes.
• Current secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, and SecOps.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models for performance and security.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to meet organizational and federal requirements.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline administration and deployment tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Document configurations and procedures for knowledge transfer and audits.
