Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience in large, multi-module environments.
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow apps and building integrations with APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience upgrading ServiceNow with change-management processes and rollback planning.
• Current secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, SecOps.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
• Plan platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing and rollback.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models for performance and security.
• Ensure configurations comply with security and federal requirements.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline administration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Document configurations and procedures to support audits and continuity.
