Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow environments with multi-module instances.
• Expertise configuring and customizing core ServiceNow apps and building integrations with APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration with product owners and infrastructure teams.
• Experience planning upgrades and changes with change-management, testing, and rollback.
• Current secret security clearance required.
• Willingness to travel 105% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, SecOps and related apps.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers with other enterprise systems.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, testing, validation, and rollback planning.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models for performance and security.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to ensure configurations meet federal requirements.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline administration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across app, integration, and infrastructure layers with root-cause analysis.
• Document solutions and procedures for knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
