Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow technical lead to architect and drive complex ITSM/ITOM/ITBM solutions. You will mentor teams, establish coding standards, and ensure alignment with federal security requirements within an Agile delivery model.

You will design integrations via REST/SOAP, implement server- and client-side development, and guide data models, CMDB, and security controls while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to translate

Qualifications

ServiceNow development experience.
CSA certification required.

Responsibilities

Architect complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, advanced workflows, and enterprise integrations.
Develop server-side scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Fix Scripts.
Implement client-side development using Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Angular components.
Design and develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and custom protocols.
Develop Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and custom actions automating complex business processes.
Implement ServiceNow Service Portal customizations including widgets, themes, and responsive designs.
Develop Performance Analytics indicators and data collection.
Implement advanced CMDB configurations and data governance policies.
Mentor mid-level and junior developers on architecture and best practices.
Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, performance, security and coding standards.
