Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow environments.
• Expertise configuring and integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades with change-management and rollback testing.
• Current secret security clearance
• Willingness to travel 10–25% as needed

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/SPM/SAM/SecOps and related apps.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with testing and rollback planning.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models for performance and security.
• Collaborate with security/compliance stakeholders on policies and data handling.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline admin, deployment, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Document solutions and procedures for knowledge transfer and audit readiness.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
