Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years supporting ServiceNow in large multi‑module instances.
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow apps and building integrations via APIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product owners and infra teams.
• Experience upgrades and change‑management processes with testing and rollback.
• Current secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, SecOps and related apps.
• Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models for performance and security.
• Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to meet federal requirements.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline admin tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across app, integration, and infra layers.
• Document solutions and procedures for knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
