The ideal candidate has deep platform knowledge, advanced ITSM skills, and a consultative mindset for driving automation, integrations, and best-practice design across IT teams.

Qualificações

• Advanced ServiceNow platform and ITSM expertise.
• Strong development experience with integrations and workflow automation.
• Consultative, solution-focused with ability to evaluate new ServiceNow products and accelerate adoption via rapid POCs.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including workflows.
• Build service requests from customer requirements using workflows to manage data flows.
• Create scripts to automate routine tasks in ServiceNow.
• Perform integrations and automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Gather IT requirements and deliver defined technical specifications.
• Load and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Develop views and reports for IT management as needed.
• Analyze user requirements to improve system capabilities and automate processes.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
• Monitor health, usage, and compliance of the application.
