Electrosoft seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Implementer to design, develop, implement, and administer the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and related modules.

The role emphasizes workflows, forms, access controls, testing, and operational support, ensuring scalable and secure IT service management solutions. Hybrid/remote support may be required in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and administration.
• Strong experience developing workflows and automations within ServiceNow.
• Experience creating and modifying forms, tables, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Understanding of security model including roles, groups, ACLs and RBAC.
• Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow issues and integrations.
• Experience performing testing and validation within ServiceNow environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
• Experience supporting production ServiceNow environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM.
• Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Create and modify forms, tables, and related configurations.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet requirements.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Manage user roles, ACLs, and access controls with least-privilege principles.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide Tier II/III support.
• Develop and execute testing plans and assist deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in governance reviews.
