Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Lone Tree, Colorado (hybrid/onsite) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to architect, develop, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. You will work with service owners to translate needs into actionable stories, lead complex projects, and mentor junior developers.

The role requires 4+ years ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript, flows, and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated ServiceNow developer experience with advanced knowledge of Flows, JavaScript, and internal workings of the platform.
8+ years of experience in business analyst systems or related field.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM.
Collaborate with service owners to translate needs into stories and requirements.
Lead complex development projects and mentor junior developers.
Document design, configurations, and operations for production readiness.
