Qualifications

3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
Strong JavaScript programming skills.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, and UI actions.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Notifications, and ACLs.
Create and manage workflows, Flow Designer flows, approvals, and automation.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support.
Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer activities.
