Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a Change Management professional to lead organizational change strategies around ServiceNow implementations and digital transformations. You will assess readiness, engage stakeholders, and design training programs to ensure smooth adoption across IT, HR, and business functions.

The role focuses on developing adoption plans, measuring outcomes, and mitigating resistance while collaborating with delivery teams and client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or related modules.
• Certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.
• Perform change impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness.
• Create and manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to facilitate successful change adoption.
• Design and deliver training programs, user enablement initiatives, and learning materials.
• Conduct workshops, focus groups, and readiness assessments.
• Measure and report adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and sustainment activities post-implementation.
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow delivery, consulting, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle.
