Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to ensure ServiceNow processes are understood, adopted, and sustained by users from go-live through steady-state operations. You will lead change management, create role-based process guidance, and design Train-the-Trainer programs.

This role supports knowledge transfer to client teams and requires collaboration with stakeholders across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials (e.g., Quick Reference Guides)
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities
• Create role-based process guidance tailored to each user group
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions for client trainers
• Support the transition to operations through knowledge transfer and handover to client teams
• Partner with stakeholders to identify adoption gaps and adjust materials and approaches
