Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to drive ServiceNow change enablement and adoption across complex enterprise environments. The role requires crafting role-based processes, training content, and Train-the-Trainer programs, while guiding architecture and implementation strategies for AI-driven IT operations.

You will oversee end-to-end AIOps deployments, ensure governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable, reliable ServiceNow

Qualifications

• ServiceNow change, enablement, and adoption experience is required.
• Role-based process and training-material development is required.
• Train-the-Trainer delivery experience is preferred.
• Operational-transition and knowledge-transfer support experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Create quick reference guides, role-based process guidance, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and transition support.
• Design comprehensive ServiceNow architectures aligned with customer priorities for high-technology environments.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow AIOps implementations for proactive issue detection and automated remediation.
• Architect ServiceNow AI Platform solutions for data models, workflows, and policies to deliver AI-driven insights.
• Guide ServiceNow AI Control Tower configurations to provide visibility, decision support and governance.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into detailed ServiceNow designs for AIOps/AI.
• Optimize data ingestion, event correlation, and signal processing in ServiceNow AIOps to reduce noise and improve MTTR.
• Define non-functional requirements for performance, security, and availability.
