Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment.

You will lead engagements from post-sales through delivery, manage multi-stream projects, and partner with account teams to expand value. Strong governance, leadership of delivery teams, and deep Enterprise Software experience are essential. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing client-facing delivery leadership, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years of demonstrated platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (12+ years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales to successful delivery.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, risk register, status reports).
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to influence sponsors and stakeholders in governance and project management.
