Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to oversee successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions within a client consulting environment. You will roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform, stay current on new offerings, and leverage a process-oriented approach to drive governance and project outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
Minimum of 4 years of experience providing client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years of platform experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project.
Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
Lead and manage the implementation project team.
Prepare client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work with ServiceNow account teams.
Drive improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Proven experience of leading deployment of Enterprise Software solutions in client environments.
