Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform, stay updated on offerings, and drive delivery across multi-workstream programs.

You will lead engagements, manage teams, and prepare deliverables while collaborating with Account teams to progress opportunities and improve our delivery methodology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs (preferably in consulting or professional services).
• 6+ years hands-on delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations (multi-workstream or enterprise-scale).
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders/executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or minimum 5 years of demonstrated ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead deployment of Enterprise Software solutions in client environments.
• Influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders to solve governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
