Job summary

Presidio seeks a Sr. Solutions Architect, CMDB, to lead design, implementation, and governance of ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM for enterprise clients. You’ll mentor architects, drive data models, and ensure data quality and measurable business outcomes across projects.

This remote role within the United States requires deep hands‑on CMDB expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to guide workshops, architecture reviews, and customer demos that translate CMDB capabilities into value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of Associate, Staff, and Senior Solution Architects to deliver CMDB and CSDM solutions.
• Serve as a senior ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM SME, shaping architecture, governance, remediation strategy, and delivery quality.
• Develop and maintain repeatable methodologies and service offerings for CMDB implementation and data governance.
• Guide customers through CMDB maturity assessment, roadmap development, and sustainable governance practices.
