Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect, CMDB, to lead the design, implementation, and governance of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM solutions for enterprise clients. You will guide data models, manage data quality, maturity of CSDM adoption, and connect configuration data to measurable business outcomes.

Remote role within the Continental United States with travel up to 10%. You will mentor architects, run workshops, and influence product direction while ensuring delivery quality and alignment

Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow CMDB architecture and governance.
• Strong hands-on CMDB, CSDM, and Data Foundations expertise.
• Ability to mentor architects and lead workshops with clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMDB/CSDM programs for enterprise clients, delivering scalable data models and governance.
• Drive remediation, data quality improvements, and maturity of CMDB/CSDM implementations.
• Develop repeatable methodologies, accelerators, and service offerings for CMDB initiatives.
• Lead executive-level reviews and customer-facing demonstrations to map CMDB/CSDM capabilities to business outcomes.
