Job summary

AIDA Recruitment is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead a comprehensive CMDB assessment, identify gaps in data quality, governance, and licensing, and define a remediation roadmap aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

The role is remote in the USA with an hourly rate of 50-70 USD and a 6+ month B2B contract. You will drive target-state architecture, ownership, and an optimized operating model across ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM expertise.
• Hands-on experience with IRE, CMDB Health, Discovery, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Experience conducting enterprise-scale CMDB assessments and remediation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, reconciliation, and data governance.
• Understanding of ServiceNow licensing, user roles, personas, and access models.

Responsibilities

• Perform an end-to-end CMDB assessment covering CI classes and relationships.
• Assess data quality, CMDB Health, and identify gaps in governance.
• Review Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and other data sources.
• Define a remediation backlog and roadmap with target-state architecture.
• Provide governance, licensing, and operating model recommendations.
