Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect IV to own the CMDB architecture, data model, and governance, while remaining hands-on across development, administration, and stakeholder engagements.

You will guide CMDB strategy, define data ownership, and ensure alignment with ITSM processes, reporting to executives and cross-functional leaders. Remote options may apply for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a similar field.
• 10+ years implementing enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
• 8+ years leading ServiceNow architecture engagements.
• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure technologies.
• At least one full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation as lead architect.

Responsibilities

• Own and design the CMDB architecture, data model, and strategy with CMDB best practices.
• Establish and enforce CMDB governance, CI ownership, and data stewardship.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery; integrate AWS, Azure, VMware, and others.
• Assess environment, perform gap analyses, and develop a CMDB maturity roadmap.
• Ensure CMDB data supports Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Serve as CMDB SME, creating training and standards for CI owners.
• Perform development, administration, and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
• Define, track, and report CMDB health KPIs: completeness, accuracy, compliance.
