Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions in a remote U.S. role. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to drive platform innovation and operational excellence.

You will guide backlog priorities, present designs to governance boards, and manage change, deployment, and production readiness while hands-on developing and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow experience as Architect or Lead
• Expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog
• Hands-on development and configuration of ServiceNow components
• Proven ability to present designs to governance boards
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and backlog management

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly demand backlog meetings and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders
• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Present designs and architectural decisions to governance forums
• Manage change requests, deployment planning, and release readiness
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and technical leadership for the delivery team
• Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
