Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow APM/CMDB Analyst to design, implement, and improve APM capabilities within ServiceNow, guiding CMDB strategy with a trusted data foundation.

The role partners with CMDB owners, Enterprise Architecture, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions on application lifecycle, risk reduction, and technology investment alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, CMDB, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM and CMDB data governance.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience supporting data governance, data quality management, and reporting.
• Ability to translate technical portfolio data into business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of CMDB and APM transformation roadmap.
• Maintain ServiceNow APM and CMDB records, data models, and workflows.
• Define lifecycle processes for application onboarding, maintenance, modernization, and retirement.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership on portfolio health and risk.
• Collaborate with CMDB Practice Owner, EA, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across the data lifecycle.
