Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect, CMDB to lead ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM initiatives for enterprise clients. You will architect scalable data models, govern remediation, and drive CSDM adoption while mentoring architects and guiding workshops.

You will engage across Change, Incident, ITOM, Asset, and Service Mapping processes, shaping governance and measurable outcomes. Remote within the continental US with 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years leading ServiceNow CMDB architecture for enterprise-scale customers.
• Deep hands-on ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Data Foundations expertise and CI data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of IRE, reconciliation, and authoritative source strategies.
• Experience guiding customers through CMDB maturity and CSDM adoption.
• Ability to run workshops, architect designs, and supervise delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of Associate, Staff, and Senior Solution Architects to deliver CMDB and CSDM solutions.
• Serve as a senior ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM expert, shaping architecture, governance, and remediation strategies.
• Develop repeatable methodologies and accelerators for CMDB implementation, remediation, and data governance.
• Guide architectural direction for CMDB programs and the CMDB Center of Excellence with measurable outcomes.
• Lead CMDB/DCSM workshops and translate requirements into designs, data models, and roadmaps.
