Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead in Durham, NC. This role combines hands-on ServiceNow work with governance, standards, and offshore delivery leadership to align ITSM and HRSD workstreams.

You will drive architecture, enforce standards, and mentor offshore teams while guiding integrations, REST/SOAP, IAM, and monitoring tool usage. Hybrid work setup and cross-timezone collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience required.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD exposure.
• Experience providing technical leadership, architecture, governance, or development standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across the ServiceNow platform.
• Define and enforce development standards and best practices for offshore delivery teams.
• Lead the technical governance board and document design decisions.
• Own the technical relationship between ITSM and HRSD workstreams.
• Provide hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and L3 support.
• Review solution designs for scalability and alignment with out-of-box capabilities.
• Coordinate with offshore teams across time zones to ensure consistent delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation and governance records.
