Job summary

AHU Technologies seeks a ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions supporting ITSM, ITOM, ITFM and HRSD across the DC region. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of experience, with leadership in enterprise architecture and complex integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with policy and standards and delivering project-ready architectures for large IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 20 Years Required
• Experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages (e.g., UML).
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and a strong ability to architect solutions that meet the organization's needs.
