Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale transformations in the U.S. remote environment. You will guide governance, delivery, and modernization across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and more, collaborating with executives and delivery teams.

With 20+ years in IT and 10+ years in ServiceNow, you will drive security, integrations, and scalable platform strategy while mentoring teams and supporting pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years IT experience with enterprise technology consulting and architecture.
• 10+ years ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
• Proven success leading multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, integrations, security.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, strategy, and delivery for large-scale ServiceNow programs.
• Define scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with governance practices.
• Architect implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping.
• Drive integration strategies between ServiceNow and cloud platforms and third-party systems.
• Partner with executives and delivery teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout the lifecycle.
• Support solution development, estimation, pre-sales activities, and client workshops.
