Qualifications

• 20+ years of IT experience with enterprise technology consulting.
• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and implementations.
• Proven success leading multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations.
• Deep expertise in platform architecture, governance, integrations, security.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service now transformation programs.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Architect and guide ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM projects.
• Drive integration strategies with cloud platforms and enterprise apps.
• Provide technical leadership and governance throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities and client workshops.
