Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps. You will set data, integration, security standards and shape multi-year roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead design, governance, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps is required.
• Strong ability to shape multi-year roadmaps and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture across modules.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance for changes.
• Establish standards for data models, CMDB design, and scoped apps.
• Drive CMDB strategy, discovery, service mapping, and data quality.
• Architect integrations via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and event patterns.
• Design platform-wide security, ACLs, and least-privilege models.
• Lead upgrades, release planning, and health initiatives.
• Create reusable patterns for workflows and low customization.
• Improve performance, scalability, and instance health with telemetry.
• Collaborate with business to translate needs into capabilities.
• Mentor developers and admins on best practices.
• Coordinate with security/compliance teams for regulatory needs.
• Produce architecture artifacts and roadmaps.
