Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural experience.
• Certification in ServiceNow is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Guide delivery teams and ensure architecture is translated into configuration and code.
• Coordinate with CMAs and solution architects during reviews and workshops.
• Manage risk and drive on-time delivery across complex implementations.
• Travel 40-60% to meet client needs.
