• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of ServiceNow disputes solutions and related architectures.
• Guide delivery teams and translate architecture into configuration and code.
• Manage risk, quality and stakeholder communication throughout engagements.
• Collaborate with CMAs, other architects, developers and testers to ensure alignment with standards.
• Travel 40-60% as client needs require.
