Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar discipline.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting/delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define technical architectures covering case/workflow design, integration, data flows, security and access controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs; guide delivery teams.
