EY is seeking a high-caliber ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You will own architecture, guide delivery teams, and ensure secure, scalable implementations across banking operations and risk domains.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic advisory, enabling complex transformations and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Typically 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures for case design, integration, data flows, and security controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation across delivery teams.
• Ensure architecture translates into configuration and code; resolve deployment challenges.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders in design workshops and reviews.
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
