Job summary

EY is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. You will own design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients, including banking operations and fraud use cases.

You’ll lead cross‑functional delivery teams, translate business requirements into robust architectures, and ensure security and performance. This role requires hands‑on leadership, travel (40–60%) to meet client needs, and the ability to drive architecture decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong IT background.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural experience.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.
• Excellent executive communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case design, integration, data flows, security.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across teams.
