Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You will act as the senior technical authority, guiding complex implementations, defining case management and integration patterns, and ensuring security and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• 4–6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM is preferred.
• Experience leading technically complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions and related workflows.
• Define architectures for case management, integration, data flows, security, and access controls.
• Oversee delivery activities and translate architecture into configuration and code.
• Partner with project leadership to ensure successful outcomes and manage technical risk.
• Guide teams during design workshops, architecture reviews, and customer discussions.
